In accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we explain below for what purposes and how your personal data is processed.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

Identity and contact: name and surname, phone, e-mail, delivery and billing address.
Appointment information: selected service, date and time, appointment note; for customers under 18, parent/guardian information and consent.
Order and transaction information: order contents, amount, shipping and return information. Your card details are processed by the payment institution and are not stored by us.
Website usage data: IP address, browser and visit information via cookies (details in the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of processing

Planning and confirming your appointments and contacting you,
Receiving and delivering your orders and handling your return and exchange requests,
Issuing invoices and fulfilling our legal obligations,
Answering your questions and complaints,
With your explicit consent, measuring our website and running our advertising activities.

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the legal grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract (appointment, order), the fulfilment of our legal obligations (invoicing, consumer legislation) and our legitimate interest (service quality, security). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to shipping companies, payment institutions, the persons from whom we receive accounting services and authorised public authorities. Our website hosting service and the analytics and advertising services subject to your explicit consent (Google, Meta, TikTok) may use servers located abroad; these transfers are carried out under Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention period

Your data is kept for the period required by the purpose of processing and the periods set out in the relevant legislation (e.g. legal retention periods for commercial and tax records); at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the persons to whom it is transferred, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to the persons to whom it was transferred, to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You can send your requests regarding your rights to iletisim@caddestudio.com by e-mail or in writing to the address above. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
