Returns and Exchanges Policy

Right of withdrawal within 14 days
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
How to return
- Within 14 days, send an email to iletisim@caddestudio.com or contact us via WhatsApp / phone (+90 533 250 01 77), stating your order number.
- Send the product with its invoice and original packaging within 10 days of your notice using the contracted courier we tell you about, or bring it to our store.
- Once the product reaches us, your payment is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice at the latest.
Non-returnable products (hygiene)
For your health and the safety of our other customers, the following products cannot be returned under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation:
- Piercing jewelry and earrings whose sterile pack, protective packaging or seal has been opened,
- Jewelry that has been tried on, worn or used,
- Products made to order or altered,
- Piercing services performed at the studio.
Exchanges
Unopened products can be exchanged for a different size or model within 14 days. When exchanging for a different product, depending on stock, the price difference is charged or refunded.
Damaged or faulty products
If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, please notify us with a photo as soon as possible after delivery. Defective products are exchanged, repaired or refunded; shipping costs are on us. Your legal rights for defective products remain even if the packaging has been opened.
