2. Main characteristics of the product
The product's name, material (e.g. titanium, surgical steel, gold), size, quantity and images are shown on the product page and in the order summary.
3. Price, taxes and additional costs
Prices shown include VAT. Any shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary; no other fees are charged.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment is made using the method chosen during the order. The product is delivered within 30 days at the latest after payment is confirmed (usually shipped within 1–3 business days).
5. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. For details and exceptions (including piercing jewelry whose packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons), see the Returns and Exchanges Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement.
6. Complaints and objections
You can send your complaints to us through the contact channels above. In case of a dispute, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
