How do you choose the right size?

Jewelry thickness and length directly affect how your piercing heals. Check our size guide and our jewelry guide , and if you're unsure, ask us on WhatsApp or by phone. For fresh piercings we recommend having your own piercer do the first jewelry change and the downsizing.

Shipping, returns and tracking

Shipping costs and the free shipping threshold are shown on the cart page. You can follow your order on the order tracking page and, if you meet the conditions, create a return request . For hygiene reasons, returns of worn jewelry may be limited; details are on the shipping and returns page.
